Dutch Dare had a color inspiration challenge this week, which was fun to use:
The wallpaper behind the flower reminded me right away of some paper I had, so I dug through my paper collection and found it! I was glad to be able to use something I had had in my collection for awhile.
I distressed the paper edges to qualify for the
Cupcake Craft Challenge this week, "
Distressing Techniques". Then, I embossed the green strip of paper with my Cuttlebug folder to participate in the
Cute Daisy May's, "
Textures" challenge. The recipe I followed today came from
Artful Inkables challenge, "
1 image, 2 ribbons, 3 layers, and scallops".

I used the "Little Bird Told Me..." Gorjuss Girl stamp. Isn't she darling? I just love the Gorjuss Girl stamps! I used K&Company patterned paper, Die Cuts With a View solid colored card stock, and Prima flowers. I colored in the image with my Prismacolor pencils and blended with Gamsol. Thanks for looking! :)
